Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): EVV is an electronic system used to record when caregivers begin and end providing care. Starting November 2, caregivers must use EVV for each visit. To learn more about EVV, please refer to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services EVV flyer and website.

To ensure a smooth EVV transition and maintain timely communication, all caregivers must register an email address with Consumer Direct Care Network Wisconsin. Please email or call 877-785-9991 to register your email address.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): We are here to serve you. Although our offices are closed to visitors, we are available to serve you. The best way to reach us is by sending an email or giving us a call. Paperwork can continue to be submitted by email or fax.
