Older woman and her caregiver making a phone call.

The Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD) recently launched a COVID-19 vaccine helpline. People with disabilities, their families and caregivers can call for assistance with anything related to COVID-19.

Phone number: 608-266-7826

Hours of operation: M-F, 10 am – 4 pm

BPDD can help with:

  • Finding and setting up a vaccination appointment in your community.
  • Planning transportation to your vaccine appointment, including setting up a ride.
  • Providing answers to questions about the safety of the vaccine.
  • Finding solutions to prevent barriers to receiving the vaccine.

If you reach a voicemail when you call, please leave a message with a good time for a call back, and BPDD will return your call within 24 hours.
