IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) is a self-directed care program in Wisconsin. IRIS helps older adults and adults with disabilities achieve their long-term care goals. With IRIS you have choice and control over the care you receive and who provides that care. As the employer, you hire, train, and supervise your workers. You also manage your IRIS budget.
Consumer Direct Care Network Wisconsin is an IRIS consultant agency (ICA). We have supported people in Wisconsin since 2008. We have local knowledge and national experience. As an ICA, we serve as a resource to you and your workers navigating the IRIS program. We help you define your needs, create a cost-effective service and support plan, and then help manage your budget. Our goal is to make the process as simple as possible.
